I love these 75 minute classes! So much more time to do the good stuff (i.e. frog!). Yes, I’m still in love with that pose and am trying to sneak it in where I can. It just feels GOOD at this time of year. Opening up to spring energy, especially in the hips, and moving out all that stuck winter energy is so refreshing! Just like these warm spring days we’re starting to get here in Cambridge!
