Want to feel relaxed and rested? Looking to calm your mind and feel more centered? This gentle introduction will help you unwind your mind and return to your work day refreshed and rejuvenated.
Yoga for Runners
Come stretch, strengthen and learn to maximize your breathing in this fun workshop! Whether you’re a weekend warrior or training for your first half marathon or yet another full marathon, yoga is a great tool to boost your running as well as prevent and relieve injuries. In 90 minutes we’ll target everything from feet, hamstrings, hips, core and upper body in a vigorous flow, and then relax and open with deep yin stretches. You’ll leave this workshop with some great pre- and post- run stretches and a better understanding of your body and breath to support a lifetime of healthy running. All levels welcome!
Workday Yoga
I believe we all can carve out a few minutes of our busy days to do something good for ourselves… something that makes us better co-workers, students, managers, parents and friends. These short, 20-30 minute sessions incorporate gentle yoga-based stretches you can do at your desk to help relieve stress, tension and muscle aches from sitting at the computer all day. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and energized for the rest of the day! No need to change clothes or bring a yoga mat. We’ll be in chairs and in our regular work clothes.
Yoga for Athletes
This is an intense workout worthy of any athlete who wants to gain strength –both inside and out. Bring a bottle of water and be prepared to sweat!

Excellent question, Thomas! Check out my site over on Goodreads.com where I’ve reviewed a bunch of yoga, meditation and personal development books.
Maybe it’s time for an Official Yoga Book page here at Perusals.
