Ran out of time for an inversion but I don’t thin anyone noticed. 🙂 Had a couple new men in class – I love it when that happens. They did so well. No one gave up, left or looked annoyed. They stuck with it and had some great questions at the end. One asked where he could learn more about breathing!! (Be still my heart!!) He noticed his breathing was shallow and ragged and wanted some helpful tips on how to breathe better. I showed him how to sit in a comfortable seated position and three-part breath. Homework for next class! The other student had some great alignment questions and was looking forward to trying out some of the other yoga classes offered.
I love it when my students have questions or share when something’s really working (and even not working) for them. It helps me give them a better class and experience.
