Yoga Mat to 5K: Run #5, #6 and #7

This is what happens when you work full time, teach seven yoga classes AND try to get in three runs in a five day period: no time for blogging (or much else!)

Run #5 on 11/17

My next run is a Faux 5K over Thanksgiving.  Since there isn’t an official “Turkey Trot” where I’ll be, my brother asked our mom to map out a 5K for us to run in the morning.   I don’t plan to try and run the whole thing since, at most, I’m running about 1.5 – 2 miles right now, but it’ll be fun to be out there with my brother and see how it all goes.

The best part: the weather forecast is SNOW!
