Yoga Mat to 5k: BACK IN ACTION!

And we’re back!  Back from break, back from the holidays and, most importantly, BACK ON TRACK!  Ran for the first time in weeks and while it was rough to say the least, it felt good to get moving again.

Have to really commit to running at least three times a week now, since my first race is coming up in March.  Double incentive because one of my goals for 2011 is to complete a 5K in under 30 minutes.
